- We must receive a completed registration form AND registration fee before dancers are allowed to participate in any classes. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Parents are allowed to remain in the lobby, but not in the actual dance room.
- If siblings stay, they must also stay in the lobby. They are not allowed to go in and out of the dance room. If siblings interrupt class time, they will need to leave.
- Payments are due by the 15th of each month. We do not send out invoices. We will send out reminder emails regarding payment. We accept cash, check or Venmo.
- If payment is received after the 15th, you will incur a $10 late fee. If you do not pay the late fee, it will be added to your account at the end of each dance semester. You will be unable to purchase recital tickets if the late fees are unpaid.
- When making a payment, be sure to indicate your dancer’s first and last name.
- All tumblers need to wear proper clothing – NO OVERSIZED SHIRTS. All tops must be slim-fitting.
- Your dancer needs to eat before attending class. Too many snacks were eaten in the back room, and too many crumbs and food packages were left on the floor. If your dancer must bring a snack, they must clean up after themselves. If this becomes a problem, snacks will be prohibited.
- Cell Phones do not belong in the dance room. Students are welcome to bring their phone, but it must be left in their dance bag, in a locker.
- Students need to come prepared for class. This means proper clothing and shoes.
- Hip Hop dancers must have tennis shoes – any color, any style. Do not wear Crocs, sandals, or boots.
- If a student has issues with another student, they need to go to their instructor. In most cases, words were lost in translation or taken out of context. The adult in the room will handle any issues. Parents will be contacted if students are unable to work out their differences in a productive manner.
